The Medical Communications Centre (MCC) is the first point of contact for most people across the province. All emergency (911) and non-emergency (hospital transfers, etc.) medical calls are directed through our communications centre. Our highly-skilled medical communication officers and dispatchers work closely  together to ensure that help is on the way immediately.
